BEST WESTERN PLUS FRANKLIN SQUARE INN, Troy – Your ideal downtown stay

I stayed at this hotel recently, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they were a little on the small side and could get humid at times. The service was excellent, with welcoming and professional staff. The location was convenient to explore Troy, NY, and its attractions, with free parking within walking distance. However, I found the beds somewhat uncomfortable. The dining experience was decent, although the breakfast lacked some variety. The hotel had a bad odour, possibly from a previous pet, something they should address sooner rather than later.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms had all the facilities I needed like an Iron/Ironing Board and Coffee Machine while being fairly small. The price was good, and the service was super polite and easy. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and highways. The dining experience was outstanding, with top-quality ingredients and lots of variety. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
